What are lash clusters?

Lash clusters are small groups of lash fibers that can be arranged to create a chosen look. O'HELEN offers six named styles in 36-piece and 72-piece formats. Check each product's photographs, listed lengths and color when comparing styles.

What does pre-glued mean?

Pre-glued lashes have adhesive applied in advance. The 36-piece One-Grip collection is designed around picking up, placing and pressing each cluster without adding separate traditional lash glue to that intended process. Pre-glued lashes still contain adhesive.

How do I choose a style?

In the O'HELEN brand style guide, Pure Love and Moonlace are Natural, Cocoa Noir and Glamour Doll are Hybrid, and Club Sirena and The Mayfair are Full Volume. Cocoa Noir is listed as brown; the other five styles are black. Review the individual product page for exact specifications.

What is the difference between the pack sizes?

The 36-piece range is labeled One-Grip Pre-Glued Lash. The 72-piece individual lash collection provides a larger count. Compare the matching style pages rather than assuming every feature is identical between packs.

What does One-Grip mean?

One-Grip is O'HELEN's pickup-and-placement concept, designed to simplify handling with tweezers. The brand describes the idea as Pick, Place, Press. Use the instructions supplied with the product for the full method.

How it works

1. Prep — Start with clean natural lashes and gently curl them to prepare the base.

2. Apply — Place the pre-glued lash clusters underneath your natural lashes, as shown in the application guide, and gently press to secure.

3. Set — Lightly press the clusters in place to finish the look.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if your lashes are unopened, unused and unworn, in the original packaging, with hygiene or tamper-evident seals intact. Opened or unsealed lashes are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email ohelenlashes@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide a return label and confirm the correct US or UK warehouse.
